Emily Bushell, MA, RCT, CCS
Founder & EMDRIA Approved Consultant
Emily Bushell is a trauma therapist, educator, and consultant with over a decade of experience in the mental-health field. As a Registered Counselling Therapist and Canadian Certified Counsellor Supervisor, she helps clinicians and clients thrive through trauma-informed learning.
She founded MITI to create a supportive space for therapists to deepen their EMDR and trauma-informed skills while connecting with peers.
Emily holds an MA in Counselling Psychology (Adler University) and a BSc (Hons.) in Psychology (Cape Breton University). She is an EMDRIA-approved consultant and the Clinical Director of Wholetherapy in Dartmouth, Nova Emily Bushell is a trauma therapist, educator, and consultant with over a decade of experience in the mental-health field. Kenzie McNeil, MIB
Co-Founder, COO
Kenzie serves as Chief Operating Officer at Wholetherapy, overseeing all finance and corporate functions. Kenzie holds a Master's in International Business from Smith (Queen's) School of Business and has studied both at the University of Limerick, Ireland, and ESSEC, France. Previously, Kenzie served in senior public finance roles in Ontario and Nova Scotia. Kenzie's work integrates finance, strategy, and operations oversight.
